POD Print Lab provides free online tools and may also offer digital downloads and made-to-order physical products. This policy applies only to purchases made through our website.
Physical Print-on-Demand Products
Our physical products are made to order. Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size or color, providing an incorrect delivery address, or changing your mind after production begins. Please review all product details and order information carefully before completing your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the issue. After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement or refund. Please do not return an item unless we instruct you to do so.
Digital Products
Digital downloads are generally final sale once they have been downloaded or accessed. If you receive a corrupted or inaccessible file, are charged more than once, or experience another technical problem that we cannot correct, please contact us for assistance. Refunds will be provided when required by applicable law.
Cancellations
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. Physical-product orders can only be canceled before production begins, and cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Digital orders cannot generally be canceled after the files have been downloaded or accessed.
Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
